A while back, I messaged them to see if they can help me out with my lawn mower. We set out a date and when the time came for them to see me, they were nowhere to be found. I've had a dr scout for 15yrs it's the one you guys sent me a new power take off for the blade it was updated and free of charge that's why will not buy anything but DR because of service and dependable
