I have been taking my family here for many years and both doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My son’s vision is stable and not getting worse due to the special glasses that we got here. They seem really up-to-date with the latest eye care technology.
Dr. Moussa is wonderful. My family has been with him for decades,but today when we went for our appointment they had canceled it on us. They had called my house phone to confirm the appointment yesterday, by the time I received the message the office was closed. I explained they called my home phone. Reception told me I could have texted at anytime. I explained it is a land line it doesn't texted. We are currently looking for a new optometrist, because of bad office policies.
The reception staff are very rude and unfriendly. I am seriously reconsidering my decision to return to Dr. Musa. He is an excellent doctor, but he needs to review the reception staff and appointment coordinators because they are not punctual. This shows their incompetence.
