Husband had bloody urine entire weekend before calling ofc of Dr. A first thing that Monday. He provided urine sample. Nobody called us back, husband called next day needing some relief. Was told test results could take 2 1/2 to 3 days! Or he could go to Emergency Room. Husband went instead to his internist who was surprised at this bad treatment and immediately prescribed Cipro (antibiotic) and Pyridium (for pain). Don't seek help from Dr. A's office, you might not get it.
I can't really rate Dr. Abouelleil becasue his scheduling people keep refusing to make an appointment for me as a new patient. I first called on May 3rd to make an appointment for acute pain in my groin from a nodule that suddenly appeared. They insisted I see my GP for a referral even though my Insurance and my GP recommended going straight to a Urologist. I have a referral and an UltraSound report. It is now May 14th and Dr. A's office has failed to call me back. Inexcusable incompetence!
This is an amazing doctor. . Not only full of knowledge in his field but very caring. And he takes the time to answer your questions and explain things too you which I find rare these days. I had my kidney removed at Wuesthoff and the staff including the surgical assistants had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I would highly recommend him!
Great DR. He takes the time to explain things and listens to patients questions. His staff is also 5 stars. Highly reccomend if you are looking for a Urologist!
Dr Aboulleil is an excellent Urologist,he is knowledegable,compassionate and listens and communicates very well with his patients.
