absolute joke. sending me another bill for more money after paying in full.
Received a notice from a collection’s agency saying I owed money from an appointment 4 years ago. No other correspondence or notices from this office to make me aware of this discrepancy. Nobody picks up their phone or answers emails to assist.
An absolute joke. I have been disputing a balance for well over a year with them, gotten on the phone with them, my insurance company, AND the debt collector they sent this balance to without any notice to which the insurance company read them the agreement they have with Cigna stating this service could NOT be passed on to the patient in the event of a claim.
