Horrible front desk staff! The girl with reddish hair (Adriana might be her name) has the worst attitude. Extremely rude attitude for no reason at all, really unprofessional. The staff that transferred over from Dr. Konings office is amazing! Hopefully the staff there can learn a few things from Dr. Konings staff about customer service and how to treat their patients!
Staff was very welcoming and kind, dr spent a lot of time asking questions and being very helpful. Highly recommended.
I started with her but wasn’t happy with her answers, or having to pay to see her. I found Dr. Koning only for him to retire a few months later and then referring his patients to her! So I proceeded to Rey her one more time. She dismissed my questions and I left feeling worried and frustrated once again. Now I have to go back to the drawing board to find a thorough doctor that takes my health seriously and can answer my questions.
Some of the office personnel should be trained on having compassion. You’re in healthcare and you don’t know what people are dealing with. Having an attitude is unacceptable. This office recently took over Dr. Koning’s patients, although I love the staff and providers from Dr. Koning’s office, I pay too much for healthcare to allow an office that does not care about my health to care for me. They asked us to come in an hour early to fill out paperwork, it was only 5 papers and they still had us wait an extra hour, kept changing appointment times a day before and were not flexible with their schedule, When we were seen by the doctor they didn’t explain anything in detail were in a hurry to wrap things up and kept giving us the run around about ultra sounds and never got it.
