First red flag was that she used a Doppler to listen for a heartbeat (which my first OB did not use on me until mid-second trimester into third trimester). I came in with heavier periods than usual. This was the first time i had ever seen this. Before she thought to run tests, bloodwork, hear more about my history, she seemed so very positive that i had uterine cancer and wanted to do a biopsy! When i asked her what lead to this conclusion and after i explained that she was making me anxious without any feedback, she said that she would have to book a room in the hospital for the procedure because she wouldn't want to call the ambulance in the middle of it at the clinic! The worse doctor experience ever. Avoid this place at all cost! They want your money & thats it! My insurance is a PPO with NO COPAY and they still charged me $40. Then I had to wait an hour & half to see the doctor. And when I finally did see the doctor to confirm I was pregnant & do an ultrasound, the machine was broken & she said, we can send you to quest for a blood test to confirm. Dr moola is lovely and I’m very happy she was my doctor
Dr. Moola is so knowledgeable and speaks calmly. She truly cares about her patients and is super experienced. I feel like she can do this with her eyes closed. I’m a 1st time mom with vaginal delivery. I had slight complications and she guided me and I still can’t believe she was so positive kind through my labor/delivery. I trust her judgment so much and cannot wait for next baby to be delivered by her. She listens and is so positive! I’ve already recommended her to my friends/family.
Dr. Moola was great during my pregnancy. But opted to perform my C-section at 35 weeks. My son was born with Downs syndrome. Instead of congratulating me, she simply stated that there was something wrong with my baby. Additionally, her secretary called DCFS on me at the hospital for not receiving regular Ob/Gyn visits. #1. Waited over 2 hours for my 6 minute appointment with Dr. Moola. All she did was order lab results, just wish I didnt have to wait 4 weeks to get the results. After the results will most likely find someone who values my time and doesnt make me wait 2 hours just to see them.
