I have never had a worse experience at any doctor. I scheduled an appointment for skin tag removal and waited two months to finally get in. I come in and find out I had to answer a call they gave me three days before the appointment, and since I didn't, they almost didn't see me. I've never been to a doctor that does this and I don't answer my phone because of spam calls. I waited two hours in the waiting room until they called me in. I visited Dr. Fox in October of 2020 with rash spreading on my face and neck. He ran no tests, gave me a prescription for a salve and to take an antihistamine. I told him it was spreading, but he said to stay the course and come back in 6-8 months. I will not be returning for any care by this man. I would not send my dead dog to him. He told me I had cradle cap. So, from October to December, this was the progression of my 'cradle cap'. Been going to Monte Fox for a decade. I have never had trouble with the staff. Dr. Fox is an amiable fellow who listens to his patients. I like him and have recommended him to others.
Dr. Fox is amazing, fantastic bedside manor. Front Staff on the other hand, not so much. Rude, short with you. Then did my billing wrong, sent me a bill for total charge, and said my ins. Company said I do not have coverage. Furious, call my ins. They have no claim for him . Never said I do not have coverage!!!!
