It wasn’t very happy. They only used the stethoscope at this express care. Should a facial mask on didn’t touch me at all physical contact didn’t check my throat. Didn’t check my ears. Didn’t check any of my glands. The routine check up that I believe has always been done and no has always been done to me every time I saw a doctor was the same thing every time ear nose, throat glands, stethoscope breathe in breathe out. I didn’t even have to breathe in how I had to do is talk not happy.
MONIQUE T. ROBINSON IS BY FAR THE most Incompetent provider that I have ever encountered in my left. I wouldn't send my enemies her way, she gave me a prescription for zyrtec for a viral respiratory infection. I immediately left her office and went to a real hospital and was properly treated and diagnosed. I work in healthcare so I know what to expect. The whole team was nothing short of a joke. The first nurse that triage me seemed competent.
