Office seems scattered, overwhelmed, and unprofessional. Too bad!
Lovely experience as a new patient with Dr. McQuade. She does the cleaning herself instead of switching between a hygienist, making the appointment personable. She’s not in network with my plan, but it seems like no offices are in network anymore and I wanted a GOOD dentist. The front staff checked with my insurance before my visit and it turns out I have benefits out of network too! Paid nothing for my cleaning! Definitely worth the wait and the view is beautiful even on an overcast day.
I have been seeing Dr. McQuade for several years now. She has an excellent “bedside” manner, clearly explaining dental procedures and taking care to make the visit comfortable. I feel very confident to trust her opinion and conscientious work.
