I went to Dr. O'Brien for several years. In the beginning, it was a good experience, but the cleanings were always on the rougher side. Because dental cleanings are never pleasant, I thought it was just that. One time, Dr. O'Brien was filling a cavity and put the wrong gel on the tooth before quickly wiping it off, but I understand everyone makes mistakes, and this was not dangerous. Dr. O'Brien is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot! She explains every move, every option, gives tips and is very caring and careful! Her work is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to make an appointment. I had an emergency due to a molar filling falling out and got an appointment the next day!
Dr. Monika O’Brien and her staff are amazing. They accommodated to my work schedule to get me in. The staff is extremely friendly and Dr. O’Brien took her time and explained everything during my procedure.
