The best place in Chicago for all things skincare! In a city with a lot of sketchy med spa practices, this place doesn’t cut any corners when it comes to safety or quality. The dermatologists, PAs, and aestheticians are thorough and will recommend the correct treatments for your skin type. More importantly, they will steer you away from treatments that exacerbate your skin issues instead of many places that will just take your money. Definitely worth the price, my skin has never looked better!
Wow I’m absolutely horrified by how they run the practice. Their phone line never works. You will be directed to voice mail so that someone may call in the next 24 hours. It’s so frustrating that you can’t get someone on the line when you need help. Also their policy for long-term medications is pretty ridiculous. It just feels like they’re a money grab and only a business at the end of day.
This was probably the worst experience I had at a dermatologist ever. I originally saw Dr. Monica Ronney a month ago where she was incredibly informative. However, my follow up appointment. I had to wait over 30 minutes same as my first appointment. The wait time was over 30 minutes only for my follow up for it told me that nothing is wrong. I go to this practice for derm and cosmetic treatments, and it is the best in the city. The staff are professionally-trained, with actual medical oversight, and are always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!
