RE Office staff: Made appt Dec 2024 for Dec 2025 (1 year in advance). Office called this week to tell me my doctor appt was leaving so they had to reschedule, but now only offered ONE date of Dec 29th which I will be out of town. They were not able or willing to assist at all with finding a new date even knowing I made appt 1 year in advance. No one seems to care anymore. Sad.
Dr. Rani and the entire staff are exceptional and highly efficient. You need to be seen quickly and efficiently? Look no further! This is your new dermatologist’s office. I was struggling with acne and acne scars. What I had was painful, irritated, and embarrassing. But this dermatologist made me feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Dr. Rani since 2018, ever since being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that affects my hair. One of the issues with this disease is that flairs can appear overnight and need to be treated. I can say that there is not one time that Dr. Rani was not able to accommodate me and squeeze me in the next day. She is a true blessing and has been instrumental in managing this disease. - BD
