I have been going to Athol Dental Associates for fifteen years and have always received excellent care. There is a new member on staff, Dr. Monica Patel. I saw her today and found her to be a great addition to the office. Caring and professional, I was impressed with her knowledge and her very skilled but gentle hands. I can say this was one of the best experience I had. Dr. Patel is professional, caring, pays attention to detail and cares about her patients.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel! She is incredibly kind and sweet and immediately makes everyone feel comfortable. I recently had two small fillings done and didn’t even need Novocain—she checked in with me throughout the entire process and was very responsive to my cues, which made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Patel was wonderful! I was very anxious about going in for my procedure. She made sure I knew what the best option was and explained everything thoroughly. She also made sure that I wasn’t in any pain and kept checking in on me. Highly recommend!
What a positive experience I had today, Thank you so much for treating me with so much kindness. Everyone in the the office from the moment I stepped in the doeor were so helpful and kind. If anyone is looking for a new dentist Dr. Patel extracted my tooth and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She also sent me a text that night to check in on me. I definitely found myself a new dentist and figured i would share my experience with others in hopes to help. She also has Saturday hours which I also found extra helpful.
