My son is,supposed to have braces put on tentatively in june. I've,called and left several messages. I've even threatened to leave. I don't want to leave, but I'm not getting anywhere with this phone business. I still don't know how,much its,going to cost for the total amount after insurance. Very frustrating! As,much as I love Dr. Newby I may have to go elsewhere.
Called several times for an appointment for my daughter, evaluation for braces. I was told I'd be called back. It's been MONTHS.
Called for a month no return call so I went to office extremely rude
She is absolutely the best I love her and she made my smile what it is today!
Dr. Newby is very knowledgable nada really personable Dr. She is absolutely the best.
