Called several times to schedule an appointment, no one ever answered. I left a message for someone to call me back a week ago and never received a call to schedule. I have an issue of concern and to not be able to reach anyone at a doctor's office is completely unacceptable.
She didn't give me the time of day. Maybe spent 4 minutes with me. Will never go back.
Dr McCrary is very professional and courteous, has accommadated me on a number of occasions on short notice. In over a dozen visits I have yet to rate it anything less than 5 stars.
Dr McCrary is fantastic and truly love going to her. But I have had two abrasive conversations with her receptionist. I don’t need to argue with a receptionist in order to see a doctor. Going to change doctors to a closer one, maybe without having to be chastised by a receptionist. We will miss Dr McCrary tho.
Dr. McCrary and team really care. Dr. McCrary does a great job of explaining things and the whole team seemed to celebrate my progress.
