Very disappointed visit today. I felt as though Dr. Kharbanda was rude and my youngest child has attended her practice since a newborn. My child was sick today and her words of “he can speak for himself as opposed to the mother” I found the comment unproductive unprofessional since it was a student with her. A child who is sick should have a parent advocate especially while sick. I am in complete disbelief by her actions today. So glad we found Dr. Kharbanda. A doctor that actually respects your time, we never wait more than 5 minutes for our appointments. She is kind, caring and knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend if you don’t like waiting an hour past your appointment times to actually see a doctor!
Dr. Kharbanda has been absolutely amazing since day one. When we first met her, our twin boys were in the NICU. From the very beginning, she was compassionate, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Once our boys were able to go home, any time I called with questions or concerns, she always called back promptly and took the time to help me through everything. This office is the absolute best in the area. We have taken our boys here since birth. Dr Kharbanda is extremely caring and even came to visit us on a Sunday in the hospital when we had a small issue with our infant. Appointments are fast, even same day and the level of care is we receive from the entire staff is excellent.
If I could give Dr. Kharbanda more than 5 stars, I would throw the whole galaxy at her. She’s not just our pediatrician—she’s basically part of the family at this point (we’re only half-joking… she probably deserves a holiday card and a slice of cake at every birthday). We have three daughters, which means we’ve had more pediatric appointments than I’ve had hot meals.
