My entire experience, from anytime and anyday that I would schedule an appointment, has been fantastic. The staff is friendly and efficient, and Dr. Monica Howard not only is she knowledgeable but also takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. I always leave the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.
Dr Howard is a great doctor. This review is reflective of the front office staff only. There should be some sort of empathy or sympathy training before allowing these people to interact with patients.

Hello, I am a patient at this office. I've only been there twice and have another appointment this week. The only problem is that every time I schedule an appointment with Dr Howard, as she is suppose to be my Primary Care Physician but I can never get appointment with her. It is always with a P.A. They also always tell me she is booked up and no appointments for months off. This is not fair because I pay a lot of money for insurance and to see my specific doctor and I can't even see her.
Monica Howard is a caring and knowledgeable doctor. She’s is profressional and she truly cares about your health and well-being. I highly recommend her.
