All the doctors and nurses are incredibly kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They genuinely take the time to listen to your concerns and work to find the root of the issue. While my child primarily sees Dr. Herrera, she has also been treated by the other two doctors, and I always feel assured that she’s in excellent hands.
Dr. Herrera has taken wonderful care of our three children. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable. She is patient and instructive during the newborn phase, but once the children are around one and able to engage with her, she conducts the visit almost entirely with the child. Dr Hererra and her staff is excellent. She is thorough, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She has a warm and friendly demeanor and always greets us with a smile. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! My twins don’t love going to the doctor of course, but she makes it tolerable for them and I know they are getting excellent care. We love our pediatrician!
If I could give a zero I would. Eighteen years ago I moved from California to Texas and selected Monica as my unborn daughter's pediatrician without meeting her. After giving birth and at our first visit with Monica, she spent more time drilling me about being a single mother and asking where the father was than asking me about the baby.
