Kathy was exceptionally attentive and helpful to me as I needed a gallbladder surgery and our time was short to get me approved and cleared for the surgery. Both she and the nurses were exceptionally helpful to work this out in a timely manner! Dr. Monette is exceptionally caring and treats his patients with great care and concern for your very best well being! We love this office and have been going there for the past 3 years! We are very satisfied & would highly recommend them!

Dr. Monette is awesome. The phone systems are horrible. been on hold for 25 minutes for a simple prescription question. if this continues i will find another physician
I’ve had Dr. Monette as a doctor for years, and he is great! Never makes you feel bad or uncomfortable. Bedside manner is awesome. Real down to earth, easy to talk to type of doctor. His staff is ok BUT today I had an appointment and I met one of the nicest nurses I have ever met. Her name was Gretchen, not sure if she’s new there or if I just never had the pleasure, but she was so nice, so sweet and friendly. She’s definitely a keeper. Dr. Monette used to be my mother's favorite doctor and I used to think he cared but he is refusing to allow my elderly mother a telehealth appointment. His staff is rude and does not listen to the patient and their family. My mother cannot physically make it into the doctor's office and they are demanding that she physically - by some miracle-show up in person at their office instead of offering a telehealth appointment.
