I've read other reviews and feel like they didn't give Dr. Smith a chance. I moved here almost fifteen years ago with my baby and felt the same way after the first few interactions. She wasn't the perky cheerleader type Dr. I had in Houston. But there was something about Dr. Smith- I felt like I liked her enough and with time would love her. So glad I believed- she's wonderful. Fifteen years later and two kids- she knows my kids, she asks relevant questions- I only trust HER with my kids health- she's amazing!
Our family adores Dr. Smith. She caring, personable, thorough, and knows her stuff. Couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician!

I had only few visits with Mona Smith, I was very disappointed by her interactions. She seemed very impatient and not interested in listening to my concerns . As a mom who cares deeply for my son and others kids , don’t waste your time and money with this pediatrician. We all deserve a pediatrician who is patient and genuine who cares for her patients.
With just two visits with Mona Smith, I was utterly disturbed by her interactions. She made it clear she had no interest in listening, she cut me off, hurried me, and undermined almost everything I said. I recently brought my toddler in due to a persistent and lingering cough.
