I went to Dr. Mona El-Sheikh for a root canal with an abscess on the gum which was infected. I was a new patient to WAKEFIELD FAMILY DENTAL CENTER and Dr. El-Sheikh. My initial call to their office was promptly returned by their lovely front desk coordinator Judy. She got me in right away for my initial assessment and then the follow up treatment happened within days. The day of my root canal I was extremely anxious given the complication of the abscess.
