Dr Katz is always very concerned and even when not in the office she will get back with you through her staff to address your concerns. She is the best OB/GYN MD I have ever been to.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The main doctor seemed uninterested in my problems, she had tone. I won't be going back. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many.

No, they never postpone my appointment Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
