My Dr. is great, along with all the staff. Wait times too long. Seems very unorganized. When patients names are called by staff very difficult to hear your name. Each process involves waiting, for example, to see the technician, wait for an hour, move to another area to see the Dr., wait for another hour, then wait in another area to schedule an appointment. It’s crazy. I feel an analysis needs to be done, listen to patients input in the waiting rooms and compile data to make the flow better.
On Sept.16, 2019, I had double cataract surgery performed by Dr. Molly Ritsema of Eye Associates of NM. The procedure went well, just as was explained to me beforehand. I now have 20/15 vision and am delighted with the drastic improvement! Excellent chairside manner -- I would recommend her to anyone needing eye care. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Ritsema as my ophthalmologist for many years now.
