I’m not looking for concierge service, but doctor’s offices have really turned into medical clinics, especially with the number of patients coming through the door. You check in, wait to be called, then get shuffled to a room for tests and an exam room for vitals, and told to wait while the doctor reviews the test results. The doctor then listens to your heart and lungs, goes over medication recommendations, and sends an Rx to the pharmacy. I can't complain because I still have a big heart.
If mask are required in your office, you should provide them, front desk secretary lied to one family member she was out of mask, and asked them to leave, 15 minutes later gave another patient a mask. We have a 10am appt, it is now 12:25pm and we are still here, which is very poor scheduling.

I had two tests done at his office they refused to give me my test results they claimed somebody was going to get in touch with me at a specific time and date and nobody ever did I was treated very rudely by the front desk staff at his office and apparently the doctor himself refuses to talk to patients and tell them their test results. I will never go back to this facility it is horrible and this doctor obviously does not care about his patients to allow his staff to talk to them that way and to refuse to give test results ... read more

I have never had a doctor so attentive before meeting with Dr. Anglade. He really spent time from our first visit forward. I have never been rushed and I am so happy to have been welcomed into this office.
I must have hit a hiccup thanks to the pandemic, but I'm so glad to have finally gotten into this office. Dr. Anglade has been incredible. He does such a great job working with me on my health.
It was my first visit and it was great. Dr. Anglade was so nice to me and so were his staffs.
Coming into this office is always great. He's such a wonderful doctor I think everyone in town must be visiting. I am glad to have someone so attentive and so thoughtful as my physician.
