Not very kid- friendly. When providing services in a pediatric dental office, would have higher expectations of being nicer to my child.
Absolutely horrible bedside manner. Abrasive and accusatory, unfit to work with families. Would never trust her with my children’s anesthesia needs again.
Care was ok to be fair but lacks personal skills unfortunately. She came out to the waiting room and charged my credit card using her iPhone for my son's procedure in the dental clinic office for the anesthesia portion prior to the procedure being done. Somewhat angry when called her office to help with the insurance claim reimbursement (not sure if she has office staff as she answered herself and was rushing and borderline rude).
