I really not happy with Dr office policy, we arrived late about 12 mins and office staff told me you cannot see Dr now and need to reschedule it for other time. I’m not sure if by any reason patients cannot reach on time should cancel their appointment immediately? as I remember mostly of time which we were there we stay for more than 12 mins wait till able to see Dr. seems this is like double standard policy to me which Dr office use it.
