I called the office 3 time for results of breathing text and to let them know he could not make his appointment do to being admitted to hospital if he needed to come visit him and/or pull hospital records and no return phone call. Called again this morning and they said you had an appt. Yesterday I said I called 3 times no one retuned my call. I’m so confused what’s going on now. Does anyone care??!!!
Where do i start? I don't feel like i am getting the attention I need from this office and unfortunately this is the only Pulmonary Dr in Greenville tx i recently had a Bronchoscopy procedure done in late October at the Hunt Regional Hospital. The pulmonary Dr there recommended Dr Mohans office. Big mistake!!! This office has done nothing to help me as a matter of fact they are hurting me more than helping me. Listens to difficult husband
Dont waste your time. Office staff is incompetent and Philip is in it strictly in it for the money. I'll drive to Rockwall or Dallas before I go to them again !!
This doctor has to be the most unprofessional doctor in Greenville. Wanted to let future and present patients that he does not look at your records until you come. He has absolutely no plan of treatment and just keeps taking your money for no information. He will yell at you if you question him. He has no business dealing with patients who could have a life threatening disease. My husband has two masses in his lungs and he never even had them check for cancer.
