Been a patient of Dr. Naeem for several months now and before that was a patient of Tony peperoni, who was the reason I was there in the first place ( so total 9 months) He was the best. Dr. Naeem is nice. The management and staff however I can not support. One one occasion the front desk receptionist refused to act as a liaison between me and the doctor and the pharmacy to settle a small discrepancy about refills ( a small mistake cause by the doctor writing me a refill but the pharmacy not having it on record. The service is terrible. I was the first person in line. I filled out all my info on an ipad, then was given a pile of forms, told to go to my car to write out same information i entered in ipad. Then i waited outside 45 minutes with no contact while others were taken ahead of me. Go somewhere else
Friendly staff- quick and efficient care. I reccomend them to everyone!
