I visited with Dr. Yousuf recently. It was a relaxed experience. Dr. Yousuf listens, is patient with and respects the person he is treating. He is informative and tries to show you ways to save on costly medications etc. I have entered an agreement with him verbally to become my personal healthcare provider as I had none prior to my current visit. I am familiar with Dr, Yousuf having seen him at work many times in his early years at Charity Hospital Emergency/trauma room.
Dr. Yousef is one of the most proficient and compassionate physicians I have ever known. He saved my life from a virulent form of Pneumonia, and I have heard many similar stories from his other patients. St. Tammany is very fortunate to have a gentleman of great knowledge and character in this parish.
