If I could give him 0 stars I would! Went to urgent care last year and had the most unpleasant visit with him. He was very rude and condescending every time he spoke. Ever since that day when I had to bring one of my kids to urgent care, I made sure I notified them of not wanting him to care for my kids. Extremely rude, told me I had pneumonia despite clear X-ray and listening to lungs and he said they were clear. Talked down to me and picked everything apart. Spoke with regular dr and was told no pneumonia. I will never allow him to treat me ever again. Why does Mercy keep these doctors on?? Will definitely go elsewhere.
Does not listen to complaints, speaks down to you and ignores your concerns while also telling you he is there to help in any way he can. Also, like other reviewers, he included false information in my medical file in addition to not documenting what I asked to be included.
