The front desk girls are very rude and inconsiderate. Sometimes just plain unprofessional. Dr. Javed is never around, have always been seen by nurse practitioner. Have bedn to 3 of his offices in the LW, WPB and RPB areas. When you actually get to see him, he is cold and uncaring, not thorough or concerned about his patients at all. Be aware, becuase this is an urgent care/PCP, all the extra equipmnet is in house and you WILL BE OVERTREATED at yours and the insurance company's expense.
