I went in today for a consultation if I needed any cleaning done and waited an hour. Short interaction. He asked his assistant if my insurance covers a clean She said no. I thought that was weird but didn't think much of it since I'm good. They told me an optional cleaning was available but it would be $143 since it doesn't cover. Very disappointed at my first dental visit here. They were helpful at the front desk, as the commercials tell us. However, staff including the doctor was very unenthusiastic about helping me improve my smile. You have to have very poor health and terrible teeth in order to get any real attention. I had to pry information out of them. They were dismissive of me and I only got xrays. They told me I would get a cleaning next year. Who does that?
