DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. My experience was extremely disappointing. The level of professionalism and competence fell far below my expectations. Didn't order the correct medication, sent it to a pharmacy that can't "dispense" it, didn't provide pre-authorization nor medical necessity even though I provided both. Not to mention their office smells like urine and body odor, and their staff are very unprofessional...not even required to dress like they are in a Dr's office.
