I have visited many dentist over the years and i was will admit i am terrified of the dentist, well i was terrified. After my first initial appointment with Dr Mo i am completely comfortable when coming in to get work done again from the front door they are amazing and Dr Mo gives you the sense of security
I experienced significant concerns regarding diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and documentation at this practice. I was advised that I might require a root canal. However, my patient note dated 3/24/2025 states: “might turn into irreversible pulpitis needing RCT (root canal treatment),” while later statements from the provider appear inconsistent with that documented note. Absolute worst experience of my life. I had to have a temporary crown removed and while Dr. Mohammad Elkhatib and his dental assistant took turns trying to yank it out, Dr. Elkhatib busted my lip open in the process. I had a panic attack and was crying and his assistant and receptionists were literally laughing at me and then my crown was infected two days later. I went to another dentist and after getting other professional opinions, I decided to report Dr. Elkhatib and his assistant. When I called the office to try and get... read more
