I called to set appointment and reception or Dr.Ahmed assistance are very rude. I was met with total disrespect and a lack of care. I was told essentially that they will do things on there time and not on clients time.
The Doctor is truly a caring person however his assistant and team members are extremely rude some days and the site supervisor Jordan is terrible when it comes to respect,a and poor customers service skills and professionalism.. I actually had to remove myself from Office site due to this behavior.. I pray 🙏🏾 things change in the office when it comes to assisting patients with care and respect …
I have waited for a prescription for three weeks now the insurance company is telling me they have not sent preapproval. They are saying they did. Will not answer my calls, nor even call me back to let me know if I need to find another doctor never had this issue with the previous doctor he took over for.
Dr. Ahmed is truly dedicated to helping his patients. He listens and talks over what options of help can be done. Doesn't rush you and also his assistants are the same. Thank you for a wonderful patient/doctor relation for both my mom and myself. A+++++++
