Save your money and time utter waste of service
Absolutely terrible customer service at Dr Mobile Repair. I strongly advise against purchasing from this store. The staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I bought a phone case from here, which turned out to be extremely slippery, it caused my phone to slip and become damaged. I tried to return it within 30 days, but they refused. There was a small scratch on the case (which was there when I bought it), and they used that as an excuse to deny my return. At first, they offered a store credit, but another staff... read more
Very poor service..i don’t wanna give even 1star for there service to me it’s very unprofessional, inexperienced I had problem with the iPhone speaker the sound was not loud enough. I told the issue to her she told me I need to change both speakers then it will be fixed. I was happy and gave them to fix. When I received the phone the problem was the same, no any changes in the sound loudness. And when I tried to tell her she was very rude and ignored me. DONT RISK IT!! I put my phone in to be repaired because the back was all smashed. Once it was all done it was great until I noticed my silence button wasn’t working properly anymore. It kept spamming between silent and ring depending on the angle I had it on and it never stayed on silent. I ended up going back in when I had a chance and said that it was never an issue before but ever since they fixed the back the silence button now won’t work properly.
