they literally ruined my phone, i paid 400 dollars to get screen replaced, and the next day it turned off and stopped working. i went somewhere else to get the screen replaced again, and it is working completely fine. they tried telling me something was wrong with my phone, and i had to wait over two hours. when i rang them to let them know, the girl was rude and dismissive, and was acting like i had done something wrong. pop phones is where i went to get screen fixed again, and they were able to fix it in 1 hour with no iss... read more
Absolutely disgusting customer service. The two ladies at the store were quite rude. For one talking between themselves in their language whilst sniggering then in sync basically told us my sons motherboard in his phone needed replacing when we adamantly told them it was the power button needing replacing. Wanted us to pay for service upfront before repairs made...and quoted between $99-$200 pending motherboard needing to be changed, again after telling them we knew the issue etc. Very rude, very unprofessional. Brought a goospery wallet case for my s25 ultra for $40, its very badly made looks like mold on frame where camera goes case isn't glued down on top corner and around the case isn't sealed so looks like spider webs when you touch it, have asked for a refund through payid and being ignored.
They do not respect any of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nor their service and quality is low and terrible. Their staff was also disrespectful. I would personally avoid this shop and rather go to authorized or official repair even the price is more expensive because they do not understand what is customer guarantee under Australia Costumer Law.
Very disappointing experience. I paid for an iPhone 13 screen repair/replacement, and the screen failed again in around 2 weeks. When I went back, the business refused to repair it and denied it was related to the repair quality. The repair form they referred to was not signed by me (I was not asked to sign it at the time). I also did not receive a fair after-sales solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
