Brought a goospery wallet case for my s25 ultra for $40, its very badly made looks like mold on frame where camera goes case isn't glued down on top corner and around the case isn't sealed so looks like spider webs when you touch it, have asked for a refund through payid and being ignored.
They do not respect any of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nor their service and quality is low and terrible. Their staff was also disrespectful. I would personally avoid this shop and rather go to authorized or official repair even the price is more expensive because they do not understand what is customer guarantee under Australia Costumer Law.
Very disappointing experience. I paid for an iPhone 13 screen repair/replacement, and the screen failed again in around 2 weeks. When I went back, the business refused to repair it and denied it was related to the repair quality. The repair form they referred to was not signed by me (I was not asked to sign it at the time). I also did not receive a fair after-sales solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.
I had an iPhone 13 screen replacement done here and the screen failed again within about 2 weeks. They also tried to rely on a repair authorisation form, but I was never asked to sign it (the signature section is blank). I am very disappointed with the after-sales service. I got a phone case from here and it broke in a week at first they just wanted to swap for something else like a cable or something then tried to give me the same cover and said it stronger then the other when it was the same cover after a few minutes of talking they gave me my money back I don't recommend them
