I've been a patient of Dr. Hiba since he started and his wife and receptionist are amazing people. They care about what you say. Truly listen. I've gotten other family in with him. Darla the receptionist is always on top of things. She will call to make sure that if I'm seeing a specialist they have called to make an appointment. I was worried about a new doctor since my doctor retired after 41 years. But he put me at ease.
Dr M. Hiba is 'one in a million': conscientious, calmy professional, courteous and caring. I was motivated to acquire his service as our family doctor after reading Lisa Marie's review. And, he is everything she wrote about him and more. My wife and I are very well served by Dr. Hiba.
My Dr of 30 years retired. Dr Hiba was excepting new patients, so I scheduled appointment with him. He has been very thorough and patient at every visit, addresses me by name each visit when welcoming me. Dr. Hiba is very thorough with follow up, he reviews files before each visit, and focuses on one concern at a time, which is actually a good thing.
