Long waits, accused me of med seeking even though I presented all historical medical records reflecting my prescription for Adderall. I had very few left and needed a refill. She ordered a drug test and it came back negative because I only take it as needed (PRN). She accused me of not taking it and said that she has to put me on a "watch list." You do have to wait for long periods of time, even with an appointment, but she is very helpful and listens to her patients. I drive far out of my way to keep her as my general doctor.
Dr. Sampson is very thorough and listens well. It is well worth the wait to have an office visit with Dr. Sampson. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Total time from when you walk in the office reception room to when you leave the facility is normally two Hours.
Wait time vary but are rarely under an hour even with an appointment. Nurses and other staff are often rude and do not pay attention to patients' needs. Dr. Sampson is very knowledgeable, but does not focus well during appointments which adds to wait times.
After waiting for over two hours to be taken back to a room, her staff and other patients literally briefed me on the fact that I should expect to wait between two and three hours per scheduled visit before seeing Dr. Sampson. Her forms were outdated and difficult to understand, her staff was somewhat rude. After two and a half hours, I decided to leave because my daughter was getting frustrated and so was I. I requested that my copay be returned and a few days later I received an envelope with a receipt and nothing more. I ... read more
Dr. Sampson is kind and compassionate.Very thorough, but in this,you will find exTremely long wait times.Average at Least an hour behind.At least.But I still find her worth it.She will sit & listen,and make sure you understand everything she says.I've seen lots of doctors,and by far, she is the best.She was recommended to me, and I highly recommend her to everyone I know.Very knowledgeable.
This is a rating from a 'former' patient. Dr. Sampson AND staff are beyond exceptional. I was sooo sorry that when I moved away from the area that I'd have to leave Dr. Sampson and staff. She cared for my entire family <my kids from the time they were pre-teen to adults> and even as my sons grew to adulthood they still felt comfortable with seeing a 'female' doctor. Dr Sampson is the greatest. She takes time to talk with you. I have never had her jump to assumptions and I feel she is looking out for me!
I respect Dr. Sampson and her recommendations however the RN's are extremely rude, unhelpful and judgmental.
