I was referred to Dr Kapadia by my sister. He was very friendly and professional. I was given plenty of information about the procedure and the recovery process. The surgery went without a hitch. He removed the bags under my eyes and I have to say, I look about five years younger. The surgery was painless with just moderate bruising. I did have an episode of dry eye, but that resolved itself fairly quickly. Dr K was easy to reach for any post op questions. I definitely recommend him.

I had upper and lower blethroplasty. Very happy with my results. I returned several times so Dr.Kapadia could tweak my surgery and the results exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff as well. If you want perfection Dr.Kapadia is the one.

I never made it to the visit. The first time I called for info the receptionist was curt and they are frankly RUDE. She stated the doctor was standing beside her and they seemed to have a problem with the fact that I was asking questions. Why wouldn't I ask questions? I have never made inquiry to this type of a doctor. It became clear that unless you fork over $$ from the get-go they aren't going to give you the time of day. It seems as though it's factory to push patients through, not a doctor's office.

I hired Dr. Kapadia to perform an upper blepharoplasty because of his high ratings. To my dismay, the procedure was painful (was not properly numbed) and the results are horrible. He misjudged and took way too much off one side, not enough off the other. This was confirmed by another top plastic surgeon 3 months post op. I am now left with asymmetric eyelids and a horrific scar that consumes my left eye. I am 31 yr old female, and have had heavy upper eyelids my whole life but in the past few years it had gotten much worse, where it covered my entire upper eyelids. I spent a very long time looking for a doctor to do my under eye fillers. After seeing Dr. Kapadia's work online it was clear that the level of refinement he was acheiving with his fillers was incomparable to the portfolios I had seen from other drs. It was important to me that my face not loose any of it's main characteristics, or look "overdone". All of the pictures of Dr. Kapadia's patients looked like more refreshed versions of themselves. Dr. Kapadia was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist who is a surgeon. She felt uncomfortable performing tear duct surgery and sent me to Dr. Kapadia. The surgery was a failure. Dr. Kapadia was abrupt with me, changed the percentage of the outcome of the surgery after the surgery failed. You may want to visit the experts in Boston for tear duct surgery.

I had ptosis repair of my left eyelid and I am very happy with the results. The procedure was easy and the recovery quick and relatively painless. It has been 4 weeks and the lid is a good match with the right lid. I am very pleased and would recommend Dr. Kapadia highly.
