This is a horrible doctor. My 86 year old Mother went to him as an emergency on a Saturday for an ingrown toe nail. He did not numb her toe & left her in pain. She called to complain about the pain & told him it was getting infected & he still did not give her any antibiotic. She then had to go see her regular medical doctor for them. Then Hororwitz wanted her to give him CASH as a copayment. Something is not right. I am reporting him to the Senior Advocates of New York.
