This supposed doctor was in call over a weekend at a rehab facility I was at for PT related to hip replacement. I tested positive for Covid, was very sick. This guy denied me medical treatment l, making me wait until Monday to get treatment. I am 65 years old and have multiple comorbidities, not to mention 7 days post surgery. His failure to do his job could have literally killed me.
Dr Cohen has been my Primary Care physician for almost 30 years. He has proven his competence by monitoring my overall health and directing me to specialists when needed. In addition, he has an excellent bedside manner and was never troubled to fill out my annual physical form that I needed in my role as an adult Boy Scout leader. I've even received phone calls from him on weekends, when he needed some time to research an answer to some of my questions.
I have been seeing Dr Cohen for almost 10 yrs now. This doctor is compassionate, listens well, lays out my treatment options in an understandable way, and is just one of the best all-around doctors I have come across.
U try to tell him what's going on in ur life and he tells u to stop. He couldn't care less about his patients. All he cares about is how many people he can squeeze in in a day to charge their insurance.
Very difficult to get appointment when you need it.
A truly excellent and perceptive internist who both observes and listens to you. Gives excellent advice based on thoughtful analysis. A pleasure to interact with.
Dr. Cohen is always there to ask questions and clarify a problem. My husband needed open heart surgery and was being seen by a cardiac specialist. Dr. Cohen took the time to explain to my four children and myself in terms we understood what was happening. He was available to call and ask any questions throughout my husband's procedure and stay in the hospital even though he was at CMC. You cannot get a more devoted, caring person for a doctor.
I would not trust any other physicians to treat me! I have been a patient since 1995 and Dr . Cohen has successfully taken me through many different illnesses! He readily refers a specialist if he cannot resolve the issue! He is without doubt the most caring, compassionate and understanding physician you could ever hope to take care of you! An amazing physician!
I wouldn’t be alive today without this man assisting me through my physical ailments and mental ones, too. Worth the wait.
