I saw Dr. Mitchell Cook on November 20, 2023. He attempted to thin my nails on my big toes. He used a tool that resembled large wire cutters. He placed the tool under the tip of my nail and squeezed very hard cutting my nails until they bled. Like Ubedullah, it was so painful I almost screamed. He only thinned the nails halfway up leaving the surface very rough. Then he put some sort of salve on my toes and put bandaids on them. My appointment with Dr. Mitchell Cook on January 31, 2023, did not go well. He basically put in barely 5 minutes of service effort. He cut my foot nails and made me very uncomfortable, to a point that I twisted my body and screamed due to tremendous pain. My toenail bled. He used a wood stick-like BBQ skewer on my wound with a pointed end and pressed hard, which caused me tremendous pain. While doing this, he was laughing and enjoying himself like a sadist. Dr. Cook exceeded all my expectations. I went in for my initial and walked out with a surgery date! Dr Cook was very informative and gave me all my options. I decided to fix the problem with surgery. He performed a heel surgery to remove heel spurs on my left foot. His team scheduled all the necessary appointments to clear me for surgery and their communication was top notch.
