Dr Cabisudo is arrogant, rude, and accusatory. He does not fully disclose all information about procedures and possible side effects, and when those side effects happen and you need help, he becomes standoffish and unhelpful. The Office staff is also rude.
Dr. Cabisudo is caring and uses cutting edge TMS techniques, but he lacked diagnostic skills in my opinion. My son was treated for anxiety when in fact he had ADD and ASD. The doctor would not even accept that these diagnoses (made by a psychologist) were valid. Good doctor if you already have a diagnosis for your child.
I have struggled with treatment resistant depression and anxiety for the majority of my life and have been on every medication out there but Dr Cabisudo is an innovator in his field and after 6 weeks of TMS therapy I have seen amazing results. Dr Cabisudo really listens and cares and his staff in his New Windsor is excellent and supportive.

Dr. Cabisudo uses the most advanced technology in the treatment of mental disorders. He spends all the time you need to explain treatment options.
Dr Capisudo is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL and UNCARING so called psychiatrist i have ever met/heard about!! He IS all about the $$$!! My son had been a patient of his, needed a FURTHER evaluation for a new condition-waited 5 weeks for appointment date-which HE canceled less than 24 hours before and attempted to re schedule-was told my son was “DISCHARGED”!! He is a DISGUSTING human being never mind any type of physician!! Stay AWAY!!
I met with Dr. Cabisudo one time and was very impressed with him. He has a calmness that's hard to find in a doctor in this day and age. His staff is very nice and understanding. I deal mostly with Robert and my therapist Alaina. I cannot stress enough how wonderful bit is to have Robert and Alaina help me with my issues.
Dr Cabisudo has shown on several occasions that he does not care about the well being of his patients, only the revenue he is creating through his "treatments". Please stay far away; I feel much, much worse mentally than I did before I was treated by him and his staff. I'd hate to think anyone else suffering from mental health woes would consider going there. It is downright scary to me that this practice exists and that they are "treating" patients. Disgusting way of operating. At least 3 separate occasions, they “forgot” to send in my prescription, causing me to go without my daily medications which caused horrible withdrawal effects. The office NEVER answers the calls. It takes multiple voice mails to get a response. The “boss” who is Mitchell Cabisudo MD, is very rude and gets very sassy and unprofessional with his emails when I told him I keep running out of meds and nothings being done.
