Dr. Tsao has an exceptional bedside manner, compassionate, she takes the time to clearly lay out your options and followup care. All the staff I have dealt with have been excellent while in her care.
Dr. Miriam Tsao is an exceptional surgeon. She performed my gallbladder surgery, and from our first meeting, I was so impressed by her compassionate and caring bedside manner. She took the time to explain every aspect of the procedure thoroughly, answering all my questions and easing any anxieties. I felt incredibly well cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Tsao is my real life EARTH ANGEL…. She saved my life both physically and mentally… I was hospitalized for 3 months and it’s her knowledge, straight forward mess and kindness that got me through. She is an excellent surgeon and I was blessed to be in her care. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and dieticians at Milton Hospital. Stay Blessed.
I’m totally impressed how brilliant and caring is Dr. Tsao, she has another level of humanity, she makes us feel so comfortable by explaining exactly whats going on with my brother, by spending almost 40 minutes explaining step by step and being so transparent and honest, her energy makes anyone feels they are between safe hands. Highly recommend her, she is so caring plus you are not just number there, you are someone she is responsible for. Amazing Dr.
I had a very negative experience with Dr. Tsao. My initial exam was very painful and Dr. Tsao was not very gentle and seemed to have an attitude toward me. On the day of my procedure I became very ill from the prep and they refused to do my procedure. The procedure was re-booked, but I ended up canceling as I felt it was unnecessary to my health and I lost confidence in the surgeon.
