This one rating is strictly for the staff as we were unable to attend an actual appointment to meet Dr Libkind. Sadly, the women running her office are complete nincompoops. I guess that's why out of all the other Queens/Long island NYU Langone dermatologist, the Woodmere office is the only one with immediate availability for new patients. The other offices are booking September - November. This office doesn't use the NYU Langone system. I have huge problems with them! Doctors are very kind and helpful! The reason why for 3 star is because the idiots don't use my insurance! Natow and lipkind are great doctors though. Not coming back but once they finally do take my insurance again I'll come back

She’s truly what makes a great doctor great. Receptive to your concerns and very empathetic, which helps in discussing your dermatological issues. I have never felt rushed and always feel comfortable under her care.
Dr. Libkind is the kindest Doctor I’ve seen. She is patient and aware of health related anxiety and takes the time to really explain things. I have some medical anxiety related to trauma and I leave feeling very comforted. Not to mention, Great dermatologist who always resolves my issues!
