Dr Cusicanqui Monrroy had been my doctor since 2015 up until she retired. Lovely person and a great doctor. I was so sad when she decided to close up shop. Wherever you are Doc, take care and God Bless you.
I was very displeased every time I saw Dr. Cusiquanqui. She has a poor knowledge base of medicine and patient care. Over a two-year. I saw her twice and had three telemedicine appointments. What a waste of time, and she gave such wrong diagnoses. I found her flakey and with a fake attitude. Her office help was very disorganized and did not call me back , as well as she did not call me back for 72 hours on 2 different urgent situations. I do not recommend her and I would not go back to her ever again.
I chose Dr. Cusicanqui randomly when I moved to Arlington. She was extremely compassionate.She always took extra time to explain things to me. I never felt rushed. She answered all my questions. She also had convenient walk in hours early in the morning - something no other doctor had in our area. She is a patient, warm and very knowledgable family doctor.
If I could give her ZERO stars I would. Lack of compassion and empathy for patients and their families. Seems she’s more concerned about her ego than actually helping her patients.
