When we did go to her office..there was a lot of patient..waiting little bit ..did great check up and did explain with plain English..we were happy..only thing people may not happy is waiting time..be patient..
Wish I could give 0 stars, Extremely disappointed at the organization of this office. Every time the wait is horrendous, even if you go early you have to deal with at least 1.5 hours of wait time, and the receptionists are not good at English and don't care to really answer you. Doctor Garcia is pretty professional but considering we wait 2 hours to see her she only spends 5 to 10 minutes with you and then the next time you see her is a long time because she is only open a few times a week, don't really understand why her re... read more
Dr. Garcia's front desk receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. My daughter had an appointment yesterday at 3:30pm. We arrived a half hour earlier at 3:00pm. It was almost 5:00pm and my daughter still was not seen!!! Overall wait time was 2 hours. Totally unacceptable. Receptionist was rude and said "That's how it is with specialists." I walked out and arranged for my child to be seen by another doctor. If you want to sit for hours waiting to be seen, good luck. Would NOT recommend.
