Dr. D'Souza is really a great person and a great gynaecologist but There is no way of contacting the receptionist for appointments. No flexibility. They didn't respond to my referral until i called them 20+ times and still they didnt pick up, i had to go in person twice for them to accept my referral and i was already 17 weeks pregnant then. The office space is tight as it is shared with two other doctors. When you’re there for an appointment, be prepared to wait at least an hour until you’re seen. Secondly, if you ever need to call their office- GOOD LUCK! their voicemail is always full. At times, the call just “fails,” I think they do this on purpose on their off clinic days. She is a very good doctor but the secretary never answers the calls!!! Oh my God it’s so hard to communicate with them. 🤨
