Dr Ali was very personable, educated me on my condition, gave me room to ask questions and explained pros and cons. Finally, I left feeling like I was heard!! GREAT bedside manner however, I didnt have the same experience with the young man who does intake. He spoke really fast, no eye contact, appeared to be in a hurry and annoyed during the exchange.
