Absolutely enjoy my visit at this office today Jenny and the nurses in the back went above and beyond to make sure my little was comfortable and aware of everything that was happening. Gave her a popsicle treat after shots answered and absolutely listened to any and every concern I had .
Will not be going back to this office. Called to confirm an appointment the day before and was told my appointment was @ 2:30. Showed up at 2:29, told my appt was at 3:30?! Said they could still see my kids. It was after 4pm before we saw the doctor. I needed immunization records printed and called yesterday and they told me they’d have them printed at 8am today. For the location in Rome especially. I decided to not let my kids continue or start care there due to disorganization and unprofessional issues. For one we were waiting and there was not anyone else in the room. Second, the manager got into it with a patient's parent and called the woman out of her name. A female dog in fact is what she was called. So that was the next strike. Cursing in front of my children.
