Thus far, a complete bust !! The address given was for employees, not patient! I walked around for over a half hour, trying to locate the office. I tried to call the office several times, but the line was busy. At check-in, I was told I was late for my appointment. Seriously ??!!! I'm waiting now for the doctor's office to respond to the check-in. I may change my review after (if and when) I see someone from the doctor's office. Not looking good....
After months of dealing with persistent hand pain, I finally found relief after seeing Dr. Nguyen. He was compassionate, patient, and thorough throughout my visit. I appreciated that he took the time to understand my concerns and didn’t push surgery as the only option.
